Personal and Non-Personal Information
When visiting the greatoptions.com Web site and other Trilegiant Corporation related sites, in order to join, make a purchase, register to use certain services, enter a contest, respond to a survey or update your information you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, date of birth, mother’s maiden name or social security number. For purchases, we require a name, physical address, telephone number, and credit card number. You may review and revise any personal information we have about you by sending a request to us at the address above or calling 1-877-259-2689. We may also request non-personally identifiable information ("Aggregate Information"), such as annual income, buying preferences, or your age. Providing this demographic and profile type of information is optional. This information is collected anonymously, so we have information about everyone as a group who answered the questions, rather than Personal Information about a single individual's responses.

Information Usage
We use Personal Information to fulfill orders and to contact a purchaser when necessary, such as when a delivery may be delayed or when an ordered product is out of stock. We may also use this information to notify consumers about new products or services and special promotions offered by Great Options or any of its affiliates. We may share Personal Information relating to your transactions or experience with us, with our affiliates, such as the other membership services operated by Trilegiant Corporation and its affiliates (including those existing currently or in the future). From time to time, we may also share your Personal Information with trustworthy unaffiliated third parties, who offer products or services that we feel may be of interest to you.

We may use Aggregate Information to improve and enhance your experience on the GreatOptions.com web site. For example, we may use certain preferences you provide to tailor your experience at our site, such as showing you content and sending you notices concerning merchandise and services that may interest you. We may also share this Aggregate Information with other unaffiliated third parties, such as advertisers interested in advertising on the GreatOptions.com web site, in an aggregate, anonymous form, which means that the shared information will not contain nor be linked to any personally identifiable information about you or any other person.

We will never share your credit card information with an unaffiliated third party without your consent.

Your California Privacy Rights
Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from business with whom they have an established business relationship, (1) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties. We will respond to such written requests within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.

Cookies
"Cookies" are pieces of information that may be placed on your computer by a web site for the purpose of facilitating and enhancing your communication and interaction with that web site. Almost all web sites use cookies for these purposes.

Internet Protocol (IP) Address
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. Your IP address may also be used to help identify you and your shopping cart for the duration of a session visit and to gather broad demographic information. Your IP address will never be linked to any Personal Information unless you are in the process of making a purchase, in which case the link between this information will terminate upon completion of your final purchase.

Clickstream
As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each web site you visit.
